Description
Our Baguette Rolls are moulded from lean dough pieces in to a perfect foot long size. Each rolled piece is individually placed on the tray and left to rise to a perfect height before being baked in the oven.
This traditionally time tested method gives the rolls a perfect soft texture in the middle with a firm crust on the top allowing you to make a perfect roll or hot dog with whatever filling you wish to do so.
The texture of the roll is soft but allows for the filling and sauces to be absorbed inside without the roll losing its structure leaving you with a professional finish.
Suitable for vegetarians.
