Ahmeda Abadi biscuits are a traditional Asian light savoury biscuit attributed to the famous city of Ahmadabad. It consists of squared pieces of dried loaf. The dough is lightly spiced with fennel seeds, nutmeg and a little bit of sugar to give it its unique flavour.

The soft baked dough pieces are slow dried in the oven to produce dried dough pieces which have a very light, crispy and crunchy texture.
