Nankhatai is the famous Asian traditional Shortbread biscuit. It was traditionally used as a treat and distributed on festive and happy occasions like weddings and other celebrations.
This shortbread has a moderately high sugar content and is rich in natural fat and is made using pure vegetable ghee. This biscuit is indulgent and has a melt in the mouth texture and has no decoration on top to cater for those with nut allergies.

Wheat flour [Contains: calcium carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine], Sugar, Vegetable Ghee [contains Pure refined palm oil, Colour E160a], Vegetable margarine [contains: vegetable oil (palm and rapeseed oil), Water, Salt, Emulsifier E475, Sugar, Colours: E100 and E160b, Flavouring], Spices, Baking powder, Colours : [Sodium Chloride, E102 and E110], E129, E133.
